A purchase is expensed in AS
Tyre purchase a/c
To banks a/c
Now IndAS has revised PPE standard, you can capitalise the cost of tyre.... first der ignite the tyre cost irresoective of it being depreciated or not.... then add this new cost into the carrying amount of the PPE.
