How can i file st-3 for manpower supply for fy 2015-16?

Hi everyone,

                    I want to file Service tax for the financial year 2015-16 for manpower services. As we already know for manpower services, tax is charged under veverse rate (i.e. 100% payable by service recevier w.e.f 01.04.2015). But when i am filing service tax return by offline by using excel utility In reverse rate column 0% is not available but only  25% is available. But for service receiver both 75% & 100% is available. So i am really very confused. Pls advice me.....
