Dear Vaibhav, whenever u plan to pursue CPA pls go for CPA (USA) n not one offered by ICFAI as it doesnt have any recognition in industry. For CPA details visit www.aicpa.org

CPA exam is conducted by AICPA and only in USA. You need to come here to write the exam. Once you pass, then you need to work with a CPA firm for two to three years to get the CPA license.
