How can i change password of my own it account

my client fought with his ca and now he came to me for filling return but i unable to change his password as his ca has didnt given him an acknowledgement and password and his ca had provided his own mail id for the same so i cant request for new password suggest me in concern matter please

There are three options to do to break the forgotten password . You should enter the bank account number of ur client shown in itr with ans. of fav. ques. Both bank account no. shown in itr and ans. Of favourate ques. must be shown for applying new password. There is no other solution for that.

The ans. Of ur fav. Ques. Must be same that CA of ur client had used while being registered already.

Other solution is to go for manual filing of return of income of ur client.

Hi, Apply for DSC.Using DSC you can reset the password. Or File return through tax cloud no need of password.After filing you will get acknowledgement.

i appriciate the way yo have helped me dears and very thankfull to you. i also thinking to go for digital signature option as i cant opt a mannual filing. thanking you again
