If an NRI is filing Indian Income tax- he must have assets/rental income / other income in India ? he must have a NRO (not NRE) Bank account. Give the NRO Rupee account in any Indian bank . Refund will credit automatically. Iam not sure whether you can give a foreign Bank account with SWIFT details...
