Housing loan repayment through new loan
I have purchased a house n taken loan of Rs.10 lacs from bank.
After 1 year i want to close my housing loan through a new mortgage loan.
Will i get interest deduction under IHP income for payment of interest on mortgage loan?

no you cnat avail the interest paid on mortgage loan as the deduction is specificaly towards housing loan takne & not mortgage loan.
