Net income from house property is required to be reported. If the interest on home loan is the 'Income from House Property' then put the same in the field of same name but in negative.

You can Deduct Home loan Interest in "PART C - DEDUCTIONS AND TAXABLE TOTAL INCOME" under 80EE,
and Housing Loan repayment in "PART C - DEDUCTIONS AND TAXABLE TOTAL INCOME" under 80C

The comments on that cell (callout ) clearly says take negative.
Thanks 80EE is for first home buyers apart from 2 lakhs
