Dear sir, my query is that my wife had a property in her name..and in home loan I am co borrower with her, also whole of the house loan will be repaid by me, so can I take home loan rebate.

A co-owner, who is not a co-borrower, is not entitled to tax benefits.
Similarly, a co-borrower, who is not a co-owner, cannot claim benefits.
In your case , you are not co-owner then you cannot claim tax benefits.
Hi, In this suituation you will be not be able to get tax benefits, because you are not a co-owner.
