Rental is calculated per month. After complete the month also the Rent is calculated this is Actual Rent...
Total (12) months rent is calculated as rental income...
it's treated as unrealized rent
and when it's received take 30% standard deduction and taxable amt clubbed in that year House property income to find net taxable income from HP
not to be considered while calculating rent received and 30% deduction on the same can be claimed when realized and clubbed with the income of that year under the head house property
From this A.Y. 30% deduction allowed on unrealized rent also
But Rashmi mam. I think that Income from house property is taxable on the basis of due or receipt,whichever is earlier....
Yes... But unrealised rent is taxable on receipt basisi.
