Sir !!
My client is living in Jind (Haryana) and having a house in his own name.He is also owing a house in his name in Delhi that is let-out and not shown in ITR.
The house was purchased in the year 2004.
Now what should i do ??
(a) Is there any problem in showing the HP Income
(b) What if the case comes to scrutiny

Honesty is the best policy, bring the investment in books and start declaring income.
