I have one property in India I m the owner of that property & I claimed that property as Self occupied in my Tax returns & also have one property in UK my question is that is it
Compulsory to declare my Uk property as deemed let out & have to show notional rent on that in my SOI???

Not necessarily. But if you have any rental income of the same it would be taxable. Suggestion would be to declare Indian property as deemed let out, as that would be more economical.
Show Indian house as deemed to be let out and and UK house as self occupied.
