House property
If a house property was neither let out nor self occupied for whole of the year, then how the annual value of house property is calculated ?
Replies (1)
on the basis of notional value. If the owner has only one house, then no value is assumed. If the assessee has more than one house, then the vacant house is considered as deemed let out.
