26 July 20121) I had booked a flat in Dec.2009 from private builder & the same is still under construction. Whether I should mention House Property loss in ITR for the interest (without any claim of tax right now) of construction period before possession ? I know tax can be claimed for interest paid during construction period in next 5 years after possession.
2) On transfer to other place,what should be the procedure to file ITR with new address & ward/circle ?

1. No need to claim the loss under house property during the construction period.
2. new address will be mentioned if you all intimate to income tax department about new address. for that file the pan correction form.
