what are the registration process of an house owner if he/she geting rent more than 10 laks?

No need to register if the house is rented for residential purpose.

Or your aggregate supply is below 20 lakhs (10 lakhs is only in specified states)

in sikkim 10 lacs is the thrash hold limit so , what if a owner is earning more than 10 lacs?

If the house owner has rented the property for residential use, and if he/she has no other taxable outward supplies, then no need to register under GST, even if rental income is above 10 lakhs.

what if the land is used for commercial purpose by the person who is paying rent to the house owner, in that case owner is libal to to take registratioin in gst?

if rent received by him is above the tharse hold limit.
