Yes, provided both are co-owner of the property.
both are co-owners what is individual amt that can be claimed for interest and principal amt paid.
For each co-owner 80C deduction upto 1.50 lakhs (upto actual paid amount subject to aggregate of any other investment under the section)
Interest deduction u/s. 24b of 2 lakhs each subject to amount actually paid by individual.
