Travelling to hyderabad or Bangalore itself is a bad deal because they are like uneducated. On top of that, you stayed in a hotel. And on top of that, you have asked for entries which is a shameless thing. It cant be entertainmnet expenses because tax is the highest on it. So it must be a business expense like other expense.
