Hotel relates query
if my coustmer belongs Delhi and my hotel situted in UP so which will be charge IGST or CGST AND SGST

You will charge CGST and SGST
why......suppose my coustmer is ragistered so wht to do that condition
even then cgst and sgst.
consider the place of supply, this will only attract cgst ad sgst.. 
Place of supply in UP
place of supply will be place of hotel. So It will CGST and SGST
