what is gst rate on service charge charged for banquet service??

Its a composite supply and rate should be as of the main supply i.e., supply of food on which GST rate is 5% without credit and 18% with credit.
As per Notification 20/2019 CT (R) it's 5% without ITC . (other then specified premises)
