Sir,My Client doing Hotel Business under regular dealer. He also collect Rental income .. whether we set off against input tax @ 18 perc or any other gst rates..

Yes u can assuming all business are under one single registration
Yes, you can set off your any output tax liability against any eligible ITC taken within same GSTIN.
