1. Room Rent in hotel business can eligible for ITC.
2. If all room rent exempt (under Rs. 1000) so should books and gst portal match.

GST is applicable on room rent if it exceeds Rs. 1000 in all cases. If all the rooms are under exempt category then ITC will not be available.
