24 September 2011There are 2 heads in ITR 4 form Hospitality and another entertainment Expenses. Can you please advise what expenses are to be included under these heads specifically. Also please advise what expenses are included under the head staff welfare expenses. Under what head should we put tea, snacks, mineral water etc expenses.

If any medical expenses are incurred by the company on behalf of the employee then these would go under the head Hospitality.
Under Entertainment Expenses, all the expenses incurred by the company in relatio to Entertainment such as lunch/dinner expenses incurred by the co for its employees or for any other purpose. Also the expenses relating to tea, snacks, mineral water etc shud be booked under this ehad.
In the Staff Welfare Expenses all the expenses incurred only in repsct of providing Welfare to staff such as education expenses of the employees children incurred by the company etc.. are required to be shown under this head.
