Hospital Services HSN Codes 999311, 999312 and 999316. where will be shown in GSTR 1 B2C Zero rated, or intra-state supply to unregistered person.
I am also want to know above services are exemted because hospital working under 12 AA registerded trust .

You can show under nil rated supplies tile and show in intrastate supplies to unregistered person in exempted column.
