anybody have know rules for ratio of principle and intrest part of emi in home loan for private bank. please help

Hey
Its fluctuating since its on daily / monthly reducing balance method.
In the begining major potion goes to interest pay out & ver little to principle.
And its revese in during later stage.

There is no rule as such.
But you can compute it yourself.
