Home loan interest exemption
I took the home loan during govt service to purchase of the plot and repayment period is up to 70 years of my age. After my retirement also shall I eligible to deduct the home loan interest from gross salary.If eligible under which section shall I claim.

yes u can claim it under section 24(b), amount paid or Rs 2,00,000/- whichever is lower in case of self occupied property.
