Sec 24 says which conditions apply for claim home loan interest...
But, It's not says specifically to salaried/Business/Professiins.. It's common deduction...

Suppose if one has no income from houseproperty then it that case salaried person taken loan from bank can claim deduction?

Yes... Even if there's no rental income, you can claim section 24 deduction

You can claim interest deduction for your salaried income...
