If A Ltd. holds 60% in B Ltd. & at the same time B Ltd. holds 55% in A Ltd. , then what will be the relation between them?

Its a hipothetical question....its can not be done in practical ....also as per law..its not possible that at the same time A holding company be subsidiary of its own subisidiary....company....however subsidiary may hold lower % of share in holding company at the same time....but its cannot be holding of its holding...
