Hlep Me regarding Submitting Comparison Report

Dear All,

I need to submit a comparison report to My boss. In which i need to compare two firms of same industries. Can you please guide me what should i calculate in order to compare both.

I can only take help of B/S and income statement of both the companies... and some how i have etracted the same from internernet... Please tell me pelase
