Hiring / rent a CAB for

We are manufacturer - Pvt Ltd.

Hire cabs for office / company work.
please let me know receiving cab service is under RCM

Your query unclear.
if service provider is unregistered dealer, then you have to pay tax as RCM.
Lot of provisions here in RCM to check the creteria for RCM and avail input tax.

Yes ......RCM is applicable In term of Notification 22/2019 CT (R) but subject to Following conditions :
1. Service provider (Cab) is Individual
2. Receptient (you) is body corporate.

And The service provider has opted the option of paying of GST 5% on FC.

If cab service provider is other than body corporate and receptient is employee and he reimburs in company "A". So whether RCM applicable on Company "A"?
