This position has 4 major responsibilities –
Accounting & Finance –
- Daily Book-keeping on Tally (Data entry)
- Preparation of month-end account statements (Balance sheet, Income statement etc.)
- Taxes - TDS / VAT return fillings (monthly / quarterly)
- Prepare accounts for statutory & tax audit
- Prepare payroll and employee reporting data along with other investor complainces
Sales Channel & Inventory Management –
- Integration of new inventory into IT system
- Preparation sales invoice, manifest and the inventory package ready for dispatch
- Handle returns and integrate the new inventory back in the warehouse
MIS / Business Intelligence –
- Preparation of Business KPIs and Dashboard reporting on week and monthly basis
- Improve efficiencies using financial and operational performance analysis
Office Admin & Facilities management –
- Manage office administrative expenses (including cafeteria budgeting)
- All task in office facilities management
