If company wants to hore 2-3 part time staff than what will be the procedure.
part time is 12 hours per week and monthly payment is of approxx. 10 k.
have we show part time employee on our payroll.
ESI/EPF will be applicable to them also ?
under which TDS section or rate applicable.
Please advise.
