high sea sales under GST
Sir, a small query- earlier Hi-sea sales- now also the importer sells good , while the goods are still in sea water and not reached the INDIAN territory - what is the tax liability -

GST will be levied only when goods enter into territory of India.
High sea sale doesn't attract GST.
