plz anyone give me problems on notes to accounts for preparation of income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement and forecasting of next few years.

Your question is not clear...."Problems to notes to account"....Does that mean that you anticipate some problems in notes to account and want others to tell you?
OR
you have prepared notes to accounts and want help on problem that you faced?
