why RBI come into the picture of ICAI.....??? infact if anything required to do for ICAI central govt. will act....

well i felt in june 2009 pcc results that ... ICAI tried to improve results instead of its reverse.. as many of my friends cleared at exact 150. dnt worry be happy ..n say ALL IZZ WELL..
