can someone narrate the whole procedure for taking transfer in articleship????

1) 1st year of articleship transfer is allowed without any reason, otherwise fulfill condition as per ICAI rules

2) Visit ICAI institute info. about the same.

3) Form 109 for transfer\termination of articleship

4) take signature of your principal on the same.

5) submit to the ICAI

PLs refer to the latest notification of ICAI on the said subject b4 submitting form no 109,.Rfer to icai website.
