How can i take print of confirmation of accounts statement from tally 9.When i give print command of any ledger then the option for confirmation of account statement is not shown..please help

Open the Ledger account > Press Alt + P > Press Backspace key > Select confirmation of accounts from style of report > Select desired format (condensed / detailed) > Press Enter to print

I am trobled with the printing- if I print any document first save and than print- it is very difficult for me. I am need of straight printing option. how it will make
