ADDRESS PROOF AND IDENTITY PROOF IS REQUIRED ONLY OF KARTA
AND WITHOUT SON, I THINK ONE CAN CREATE THE HUF AND ALSO CAN APPLY FOR PAN

Stamp is needed in HUF as well as in the case of Co.

In case of HUF, proofs of the Karta of the HUF shall be deemed to be the proof of identity and address.
On Pan Card Application , no stamp is required, there should be only sign of applicant i.e Karta.
On supporting doucments, there should be attested by Karta bearing HUF Stamp.
