Some of my clients failed to send their ITR V within due period now when i check the E-Filing processing status it is showing "Filing date has exceeded the Due date"

Hi Jasmeet!
I would suggest you to send the ITR - V duly signed by the client once again to CPC Bengaluru by Speed Post by Omitting from the address " POST BAG 2". Maybe the Income Tax Department will condone the delay.
