I am in C.A. Final , hopefully will get cleared this attempt but i am not done my B.Com
Please suggest a university which has MOU with ICAI from which i can do it as quick as possible

The best is IGNOU... the admissions are on going now... and last date is 15th June.
Course Fee is Rs. 6000/- and term is 1 year. You just need to write 6 papers.
