hi guys pls help i m being refused transfer he is asking me to give me 2 months notice do any notice has to be given 4 transfer he never said while joining anythng abt notice wat rights do i hav if i m being refused transfer
there r no such rules for giving the notice. Ideally if he insists on a prior notice then give him now only one month notice and if he still refuses then conatct the institute regarding this misconduct or post ur query here
talk to regional office of your regional office. also send a registered letter to the institute. moreover its written on transfer form that the form should be signed in all circumstances. he cannot deny transfer after u hav given him resonable notice.
What kind of transfer are you talking abt?? Are you doing your articleship or working somewhere?? In case of Articleship, there is no requirement of notice as such, however I suppose you would require an NOC from the Old CA and information needs to be given to the Institute. In case of job, i dont think you are bound anyway. You can resign and look for a new job at your place of convenience.
