A private limited company (film making company) directors went out of india(romania) for searching shooting location....for that they availed services of a Romanian company in Romania for searching the shooting location in Romania ......indian company paid the money.....is it chargeable to RCM?
If yes why ?
if no why ?

As per section 7 sub section 1 clause (b) "import of services for a consideration whether or not in the course or
furtherance of business"
