i want to know the diff. b/w annual return filed in 20B and b/s or P/L file in 23AC,23ACA to ROC

In annual return(Form 20B) we are supposed to give the particulars of directors,details of authorised,issuesd,paidup&subsribed sh capital and also details of cessation of directors....all dsuch details to be given from last AGM to current AGM....
In form 23AC&ACA we are supposed to map B/s,P&L and rerlated parameters...

And the combination of Form 23 AC, ACA and 20 B is known as Annual Filing. However Form 66 is also required to file in case the company paid up capital is more than Rs. 10 Crore
