Help needed?regarding articleship

hi

i wanted help 4m u guys......

i wana knw dat have the rules regarding starting of articleship after clearing B.com implemented,

and i have just given my ipcc exams this november,so right now i am at home doing nothing.i dnt wana wast time i wana do somework.

what i wana ask can i join articleship right now instead of waisting time at home,and is there chance 4 students like me getting into big 4 firms...if not big 4...but atleast some other firms like hari bhakti,as i have also completed m mcom in august 2011.

is der chance....and if yes hw can i approach such firms...

plzz help...
