I will be appearing for both the groups of IPCC on May 2012. I am not very comfortable with the Law, Ethics and Communication paper and Cost and FM paper. I am taking coaching classes for Cost FM. Please suggest a proper study plan for these 2 subjects.

just stick to the module and solved the practice manual properly and theory is playing a crucial role in both the subjects.
Theory has to be strong in according to get good marks and proper concept should be developed from module for the subject.

IN my view For Law refer G.k Kapor book ....
you will easily score 60 in that subject...

Pls someone help me in taking a desicion. I'm a PCC student. I'm totally confused about thinking my articleship trainig. i've joined my training period from 15th Oct 2008. I shall be completing the same as on 15th April 2012. (ie, 4mths n 5 days is remained for completion.)
Now my problem is with my working hours, leave & my stipend. My working hours is from 9.30am to 5.00pm, 15minutes or half hour we take break as lunch time (ie, working time - 7 hrs) and none other leisure time. the office is from Monday to Saturday (ie, 6days)
Total working hours in a week = 6 days * 7 hours = 42 hrs / week.
He gives a cheque as stipend, as per our ICAI regulation of in every 4 / 6 mths, as per his discretion. And he is not regular in his payment.
As per the articleship regulations we have 1/6 of leave for the worked days & we can tak leave for excess working hours in a week (ie, if we work more than 35 hrs in a week). Still now i've taken only 1/4th of leave for my working hours & no leave for any excess hours. He does'nt gives me leave. What shall i do. Now i'm forced to think about discontinuing / terminating my articleship.
But as per rules there is no provision for termination in our last year of training period. Then the only way is of thinking discontinuance. I've not yet cleared my Intermediate both groups. and before taking any step we have to get confirmation from institue & such letter of confirmation should be signed by our principal, which, i think he will not.
Now can anyone help me in this regards, what i shall do in this regards. Whether i should continue the training or not, then wht are the step that i shall have to take. i'm very upset. All the previous articles were forced to continue the office for 1 month after their completion period.I've already done 15 days excess works before my articleship in this office.
Can anyone suggest me with their valuable informations regarding the above matters. Hope there will be someone.................... Pls help

ITS BETTER TO CONTINUE WITH THAT FIRM UP TO YOUR ARTICLESHIP COMPLETED (I.E.) ACTUAL HOURS WORKED AS ICAI NORMS AND TRY TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATE FROM YOUR PRINCIPAL SINCE YOU COMPLETED ALMOST SO DON'T WASTE THAT PERIOD BECAUSE OF YOUR PRINCIPAL ATTITUDE AND AFTER THAT YOU CAN FIND BETTER FIRM FOR FURTHER TRAINING UP TO YOUR STUDIES OVER.

Four months 5 days ya...
Just think You already worked 3 years and more... its the same office you are going to work now... I think No one can perform better than you dis last 125 days. Continue in the same firm...
Dont think about anything else... Just let it and keep going as how u did in your past...

U taking classes for Costing & Fm So first u focus on your class. Let me point out few things to get benefited by attending lectures.
1. Be attentive in the class
2. Reproduce what you have learnt in the class ( workout problems to ensure concept clarity and so on)
3. Retain what you have learnt and reproduced. ( Regular Revision of what u have studied)
after classes You can solve Practice manual problems this will help you to get authority over the question paper of may 2012.
For It You study dinesh madan and become familiar. But i strongly suggest you to study Practice manuals both for it & sm...
