Harihi ohm!
What is it that you have not understood?
While TDS stands for Tax Deducted at Source, the amount a person responsible for making certain payments to a person to deduct tax from such payment, TCS stands for Tax Collected at Source, certain amount a person is entitled to receive is responsible to collect also tax on such amount from the person from whom such amount is collected.
