I'm appearing for CA PE-II in nov'07.I couldn't pass in the last

two attempts.Plz help me in I.Tax .Which chapters and

sections in I.Tax are important? I'm following

T.N.Manoharan .
Also help me financial accounts.
Also help me in accounts and law to score more.
I'm following these books ::
Accounts   :: Mukherjee & Hanif And L.M.Prasad
Law ::            G.K.Kapoor & Std.Mat
Audit          :: Std. Mat & Kamal Gupta

Cost & Finance :: Std. Mat

Is it worth to go through scanner??
Plz help me as I have frustrated after being knocked out in the last two attempts.

HI no need to get frustate. in I.T do read all recent amendment as most of question would be based on that only . chapeters which are mor eimportant are - buisness n profession, search seizure , assessment procedure .

don't bother brother.....only u r to follow is to keep in pace with the Study mat. for ur LAW n AUDITING, follow compiler 4 theory part of COSTING,read the theory of FM 4m study mate. now 4 the practical portion of cost go 4 compiler and saxenan vashisht....4 fm follw compiler n mate.......4 tax follow manoharan...its better and last but not d least,4 accounts follow compiler and hanif mukerji...and 1 additional 4 more practials but dont forget the accountin stnds.

hello inspite of putting full efforts if u r flunking then the only reason i find is u r lacking in revisions....atleast u r suppossed to revise for 2 times.u refer any books... if u r clear with the concepts
