Hey all.
I want to know wat r d necessity for submitting form 112 and d consequences for not submitting it.
Ma articles started by sept 2007 and it got ended by march 2011.
And I pursued regular college for b.com 2007-2010.
Also i din submit Form 112.But I intimated timings in Form 103.
Is it lik I violated any rules????
Am so scared..Wil ma articleship get cancelled ???
Now what shud i do????

Contact your principal .. it requires a recovery letter frm ur CA.. about timing ...

As form 112 is requried if a student do any other course togther with ca.
but as you had completed your article n also mention that you are doing other course(b.com) in urform 103.
so it's not big issue.
you can submit form 112 now also with a written aplication to icai, requesting for delaying in accecting form 112
that will do.
your articleship will not get canceleed at any cost...
No cancellation at all
Dont make mistake in filling forms ... make sure u hav served prescribed hrs of training on paper ..

i don't knw abt cancellation
But ICAI is very strict in this regard....
No problem..........no cancellation at all
Penalty of Rs. 1,000 is leviable, if not revised. Kindly clarify. But Artleship does not stand at direct risk of cancellation.
