ie. Be calm & cool and belive in yourself......

LAW :

Cover Ethics & Communication first                                 - 40 marks

 then small acts like Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, PF Act       - 15 marks

 then Negitable Act & Contract Act                                     - 15 / 20 marks

 Company Law is wide so first cover important topics  - 5 / 10 marks 

I prefer to study Business Law & Company law from Munish Bhandari &

Ethics & Communication - ICAI Material

cannot gaurantee exemption but yeah you can definetly complete and pass accounts/law 20 days.

see practical subject requires pracitse.... so for next 20 days keep on practising accounts... dont look at the syllabus otherwise it will demotivate you.. There are even some small chapters that can be done in few hours ..so dont count the chapters. Try to complete the important and big chapters first. Give importance to accounting standard. Just go through short notes of it and practice few sums. 

For law , buy munish bhandari. Theory needs steady approach at the beginning..  try to read theory with fresh mind ..so that you can enjoy it.  You can also read loud , this helps a lot while reading theory subjects. Law part is just for understanding i.e instead of memorizing .. understand the concept and solve the questions.. this can be quick. Please do practice writing partnership deeds etc which are in communication part. These are very important.

FIRST TAKE UP ETHICS IN MORNING WHEN UR MIND IS FRESH ADN THEN GO FOR SOME OF UR FAV TOPICS IN ACCOUNTS...THEN GO FOR COMMUNICATION..IN THIS WAY ROTATE THE SUBJECT.

CANT GUARANTEE OF EXEMPTION BUT WILL SURELY GET AROUND 50.

maine b yhi idea apnaya tha or m pass ho gya tha..

bs ye yad rkhna k jis b sbjct ko tum phle krogi tb 10 dayz tak sirf ussi sbjvt ko krna or dusre sbjct ko hath b mat lgana..

1 or bat khuga k tumne jis b techr se cochng li h sirf unki hi buk or unke hi nots ko read krna..
