Good Morning,
I have got registered with Delhi VAT dept. since 11 months, and i havent filed my quarterly returns since beggining. what are the consequences and remedies for the same default.
One thing more i have also changed my address for principal place of business and havent intimated the VAT dept.
Now the Dept. had cancelled my registration .
Please help me out what should i do to safeguard penalty proceedings
First of all get your registration number retain in VAT, by filing appeal. and thereafter you have to file your previous returns.
The penalty raised by deptt haave to be paid by you.
the officer had already cancelled my registration. how to retain it.
