Presently i am on job of another CA without complying any formalitiy of secondment, but since i am registered with my relative ( Earlier principal). I think there is no problem from his end if i go for leave .
My attempt is due on nov 08 and i want to leave in april 08 ( i have joine job in oct 07, so 6 month has lapsed). Can i go without informing the principle seconded. Actually i have requested him about it but he is warning me to spoil my career( As i haven't followed the procedure). So can he go to ICAI on my matter. please HElp. i want to clear CA final in first Go , that's why i am taking leave of 6 month , infect the reason for registration under my relative. one thing more let me clear about ways of secondment.

Please help me , i'm seeking for your kind help.

Ravi first of all, forget that ur seconded principal has the right to insti. against you as his reputation as c.a. will get spoilt..insti. will surely ask him that why did u keep that guy and violated the rules when u knew he is not following the procedures....and yaar you have to take atleast 6 months leave to clear ca......he can't stop you...if ur original principal is ur relative...then just leave the job....secondment is nothing but the job...

The rule of secondment is that you get registered under a ca and work under another by mutual consent of both of them...i mean that ur seconded principal is ready to provide u training on behalf of ur original principal....after 6 months, ur seconded principal will register u under him....but in ur case 6 months has just lapsed so tell him u r going to continue with ur original principal and will not take transfer.....he is just trying to threaten you...dun worry go ahead...all the best for your exams...i hope my answer will help you.

i am obliged to u

one more thing dear ,can he go to ICAI on the basis of my sign on his muster, &* cheque issued to me .

Should i ask my relative to issue me minimum amount cheque to secure him.

Hey my name is PRASOON...and wat u are saying dat ur sign on his muster will be a case of forgery....dun do such things buddy....why to go for unethical means....insti. will help u for sure....go to them...
