Help me members for planing.

Helo everyone, now a days , i am very much depressed due to not having a plan and a starter point for study. As day by day i am being so much frustate nd short temper. My situation is my ca final attempt is in may 15 and have started my final classes, but in may 14 ,i hv remained group 2nd exams of ipcc. I am going for both group of ca final. And need some advice, suggestions,guidance.... provide me so i cn get out of my present sittuation nd get start my hard work.
